Q1: What is your price advantage?
A1: We are the manufacturers. Reduce intermediate links. The price is very dominant.

Q2: How long is the warranty period of product quality?
A2: One year. Quantity is first. Price is second.

Q3: What wire types do you have?
A3: There are usually 2 types of wires - Rubber and PVC. For rubber, usually choose 3.2
CE full copper rubber wire; and for PVC, generally 2.35 CE full copper PVC wire. Pls consult with sales in detail.

Q4: Will all the lights twinkle?
A4: NO, there are 2 types for your choice, one is with 8 function controller twinkle one,
another type is steady without controller, besides, indoor controller & outdoor controller
are different.

Q5: What kind of OEM do you provide?
A5: OEM design/packing/length/ornaments shape/open mould when request.



Payement terms:

T/T,Western Union ,Money gram.

Delivery Time: Depend on order quantities .Nomally ,sample delivery is 3-5days . Big orders are 15-20 days after receiving the deposit. 

Payment:30% deposits before production, 70% balance to be paid before delivery(Western Union or Moneygram are welcomed).
